have you studied what is now being called “Adrenal PCOS?” When Women have the same symptoms as ovarian PCOS like acne and high androgens but this occurs due to high DHEA-S in the adrenals. This has happened to me at Menopause with a drop in Estrogen and high DHEA-S . Result – bad acne and hair loss.
