    Yeh I dont get on with those gums either! I think they are in milk shake too. That’s where I noticed them.
    When I stop taking my vitamins supplements they deplete almost immediately so for now I have to stay on top of them
    I don’t know how you sit & talk in a sauna. I can only bear one for a few minutes

    Dr Shook, what is your opinion on Raw dairy and grass fed butter? All I hear is stop dairy, and I understand why because of the way it’s processed, but these current health issues weren’t around prior to pasteurization??
