    Speaking of oral health, what do you recommend for brushing teeth and keeping a healthy oral microbiome. Do you make your own toothpaste? I suffered with terrible mouth ulcers for most of my life, but since I started thyroid meds, I rarely have them.

    Yep- heal your gut – found out from my well know doctor out in AZ- I have leaky gut, yeast overgrowth and some toxins – now that we have been healing my gut, my anxiety is gone and my hashimoto’s is so much better

    Thank you…..I do have gut problems blasto….been on at least 6 rounds of antibiotics post hysterectomy…..and now experiencing anxiety. Haven’t been to serious with my diet. This makes sense, time to smarten up and change my life through diet.
