Can you please share what type of batercia for us to take? I have dx of PTSD (9 years ago) and Hashimoto ( 3 years ago).

How do we improve the bacterial imbalance?
The greatest benefit to our gut flora is a good diet.
Is this where probiotics come into play?
Probiotics can be very helpful.
Probiotics = fermenting, kefir, kombucha look them up on YouTube.
These are all great ideas, along with a good diet.
If you have any problems in your body, your out of balance. Bone broth soup health the gut. Look it up.
A lot of people want results the easy way through a pill, getting healthy naturally takes work and studying for yourself.
And a pill never heals anything, it just treats the symptoms.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we knew which bacteria would help with different conditions so we could treat individual conditions this way.
Speaking of oral health, what do you recommend for brushing teeth and keeping a healthy oral microbiome. Do you make your own toothpaste? I suffered with terrible mouth ulcers for most of my life, but since I started thyroid meds, I rarely have them.

Yep- heal your gut – found out from my well know doctor out in AZ- I have leaky gut, yeast overgrowth and some toxins – now that we have been healing my gut, my anxiety is gone and my hashimoto’s is so much better
Thank you…..I do have gut problems blasto….been on at least 6 rounds of antibiotics post hysterectomy…..and now experiencing anxiety. Haven’t been to serious with my diet. This makes sense, time to smarten up and change my life through diet.
