What diet would help get weight off without exercise because I have a bad back so I can’t exercise much. Thyroid don’t work and I have PCOS weight is morbidly obese. Worked over 25 years at sit down job 12 to 14 hours a day….. I know it’s bad ….but if I could get some weight off then maybe I could exercise more and get more off. Please help….

Had thyroid cancer so had a full thyroidectomy n I’m on 175mg synthyroid n my levels were just tested n low again so redoing it next week but I’m super tired don’t sleep well at all n absolutely no energy

Hi Carol, there could be a lot of different things creating your symptoms but if I see low TSH and low total T4 that’s a sign that the feedback loop to the brain is not working properly. A lot of different things could create this problem.
