    What diet would help get weight off without exercise because I have a bad back so I can’t exercise much. Thyroid don’t work and I have PCOS weight is morbidly obese. Worked over 25 years at sit down job 12 to 14 hours a day….. I know it’s bad ….but if I could get some weight off then maybe I could exercise more and get more off. Please help….

    I been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s when I was 12 i had the Epstein-Barr virus and it was in my liver and my spleen can that be part of my thyroid problem ? Every time I go to the dr they up my meds. I am holding so much fluid my joints hurt so much and so tired all the time. I get a very bad red rash on my face it goes away after about 30 mins.     Hi this is Carole I am 60 years old was diagnosed with lupus in my 20s later Sjogren’s and rheumatoid arthritis fibromyalgia osteoarthritis interstitial cystitis and probably more now I’m having blood work that are showing high AST and high ALT but low TSHand low T4 do you know what to make of this and what I should do about it

      Hi Carol, there could be a lot of different things creating your symptoms but if I see low TSH and low total T4 that’s a sign that the feedback loop to the brain is not working properly. A lot of different things could create this problem.
