I know we don’t want to use medication, but can one use metformin (non diabetic) to decrease blood sugar and to help PCOS/fat for a little while

Been on metformin for years for PCOS….Also have insulin. Resistance..But continue to gain weight the past 2 years…Why??..I haven’t changed much and eat less now!
Cut out gluten and all grains strictly for at least a month…you should notice a difference
Also take daily probiotics

Hello from Massachusetts, i have a tumor on my right adrenal gland a cyst on my left one and a cyst on my liver, Goiter 5 nodules on my neck ,Graves disease, Hashimoto disease and and inoperable brain tumor, i feel like I’m dying now my Endocrinologist is leaving now i have to find a new one I’ve been on no meds cause i have all kinds of allergies

I had a chest CT with contrast for a spot on my lung aside from that the report said thickening of the adrenal what does that mean and should I see an internist I have gained a lot of weight Please let me know if it means anything
